Managing Homework-Parent Edition©
Most children are never taught how to manage homework — they’re just expected to do it. For children with ADHD and executive function challenges, homework can quickly turn into daily battles, frustration, avoidance, and emotional exhaustion for the whole family.
But homework time is also an opportunity to build critical executive function skills like:
Independence and confidence
Getting started and staying focused
Planning and follow-through
Independence and confidence
Unfortunately, rewards, punishments, and repeated reminders often backfire because they don’t address the real challenge: executive function skills.
This practical, judgment-free webinar will help you create calmer, more productive homework routines while reducing stress and conflict at home.
In This 2-Hour Workshop, You'll Learn How To:
Reduce homework battles and emotional overwhelm
Create supportive routines that actually work
Help your child stay organized and get started more easily
Support independence without constant nagging or over-helping
Improve motivation, confidence, and follow-through
You’ll leave with realistic strategies you can start using right away — so homework time feels less chaotic and more manageable for both you and your child.

About Me
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply tender all at once. I understand this not only as a Neurodiverse Parenting Coach, but as a parent myself—with more than 15 years of lived experience raising a child with ADHD-2e (ADHD and giftedness) and Sensory Processing Disorder.
Like many parents, my journey began with questions, uncertainty, and a search for support that truly fit my child and our family. Over the years, I learned how to navigate diagnoses, advocate within the school system through IEPs and 504 Plans, and thoughtfully explore therapeutic and treatment options.
But more importantly, I learned to shift my understanding of parenting itself. Instead of trying to fit my child into traditional expectations, I began learning how to support the way their brain uniquely works.
That journey eventually led me to the Calm & Connected© Parenting Method, created by Cindy Goldrich. After experiencing the meaningful impact this approach had on my own family, I became a licensed provider so I could help other parents navigating similar challenges.
This approach helped our family move from daily chaos and constant stress toward greater connection, understanding, and calm.
It gave me practical, compassionate tools to better understand my child’s nervous system, support emotional regulation, and respond in ways that strengthened both my child and our relationship.
Today, my work centers on helping parents create that same shift—moving from overwhelm and constant friction toward greater understanding, emotional regulation, and deeper connection with their child.
Together, we create rhythms that honor neurodiversity, strengthen trust, and support families in moving… from chaos to connection.
